Meagan became interested in massage therapy in 2010 after leading an active life style planting trees, cycle touring, canoeing and running. She has been working as an RMT since 2012 while studying osteopathic manual therapy. Her goal is to provide an open environment where people can unwind, learn about their body, and focus on their health and recovery.
Meagan graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy’s five year program in 2019. She went on to complete her thesis entitled “The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Heart Rate Variability in Participants with Irritable Bowel Syndrome” and was successful in her thesis defense in November 2020.
Meagan has experience treating post-concussion syndrome, whip lash, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, digestive dysfunctions, headaches and migraines, post-surgical scar tissue, chronic sinusitis, TMJ dysfunction, anxiety and depression.
Meagan is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario and can provide receipts for insurance coverage for registered massage therapy and osteopathic manual therapy. ***Note due to the current lockdown status in Toronto there can be no receipts for Osteopathy provided until further notice***
